The international study of a lot more than 10,000 ACCA customers globally identified that 73 p.c of the accountants polled assume they are in an inclusive profession, but 63 % responded possibly yes or probably when requested if they have an challenge to offer with. A report about the results involves some suggestions about what accounting corporations and accountants really should be carrying out to foster larger range in the career.
